on the shores of Lake Saarisenjärvi.
Downstairs there is one bedroom, as well as a well-equipped kitchen and a living room with a high ceiling.
The spacious living room has an air-source heat pump and a soapstone fireplace.
The villa has Wi-Fi, two smart TVs and a soundbar.
Downstairs there is a wood-fired sauna (with a traditional sauna stove), a washroom, a changing room and two toilets.
Upstairs there is a bedroom and an upper lounge with two beds and a sofa suite for watching TV.
You can watch the sunset over the lake from both the upper and lower verandas.
The beach is shallow with a sandy bottom, and the jetty is long and sturdy.
In winter, there’s always a hole in the ice ready at the end of the jetty.
The holiday home has a rowing boat and a fish trap at its disposal.
On the rock there is a barbecue shelter equipped with a Kotakeittiö outdoor kitchen.
At the end of the house, there is an 11 kW, Type 2 electric car charging point, which guests may use free of charge.

Final cleaning
Please note, however, that although final cleaning is included in the price, the cottage must be left in a condition as you would leave it after a normal stay: the fridge must be emptied, dishes washed and rubbish taken to the outdoor bin. Please remember to put the furniture back in its proper place.
Minimum rental period: 2 days. During summer season, we generally rent out for a minimum of one week at a time,
but shorter stays may also be available.
During the high season, the changeover day is Friday; the weekly rate for the 2027 high season is 1,575 euros.
The rental week begins at 4.00 pm and ends at 11.00 am
The villa’s surroundings are carefully maintained, so please do not litter!
Open fires are prohibited; fires are only permitted in the fireplaces!
You may explore the countryside and natural surroundings on foot or on skis; driving motorised vehicles off-road is prohibited!
