Villa Hyppykallio 4+4 is
a well equipped and beautiful 2 bedroom villa on the shore of Saarinen lake.
Downstairs there is 1 bedroom, a well equipped kitchen and a living room with an open ceiling. The spacious living room also has a soapstone fireplace.
The villa has wireless internet, smart TV and a soudbar.
Also downstairs there is a wood-fired sauna (Iki-heater), washroom, dressing room and 2 toilets.
Upstairs there is a bedroom and an upper hall with 2 beds and a sofa group for watching TV.
From the upstairs or downstairs you can see the sunset over the lake.
The beach is shallow and sandy, the jetty is long and decent.
The villa also has a rowing boat and a catwalk.
On the cliff there is a barbecue shelter equipped with a home kitchen.
The high level of equipment and well-maintained yard area and child-friendly evening sunny beach will make your holiday easy.
The villa can be rented for a minimum of 2 nights , in high season we rent for weeks!

Final cleaning
Final cleaning is € 90 for accommodation, if you have a pet with you, final cleaning is obligatory and costs € 120.
Please note, however, that even if the final cleaning is paid for, the accommodation must be left in a state of normal occupancy.
If you clean up yourself:
make the beds, air the bedrooms
vacuum and mop the floors
Dust the bedrooms, sweep the floors, clean the bedrooms, sweep the floors, dust the rooms.
clean the kitchen and clean the fridge, freezer, microwave and other small appliances
take the rubbish outside
move furniture and other items to their proper places
wash your own stains from windows and mirrors
clean the sauna, empty the sauna oven of ashes, clean the washroom and wash the toilet seats and sinks
clean the barbecue, outdoor furniture and boat
remember to take your own things and leave your holiday home belongings where they belong.
Minimum rental 2 days,in high season we usually rent for a minimum of weeks,but shorter periods can be booked.
In the 2024 season, the exchange day is Monday or Friday.
